General Policies

Cancellation or Early Departure

In the event that you must cancel your reservation or depart early from the hotel, you will be charged in accordance with our standard cancellation policies.

No Smoking Policy

Out of concern for our guests and their children, the Edgewater Hotel & Waterpark has a strict no smoking policy. A $200.00 charge for deep cleaning will be assessed to any guest room or public area violating this policy.

Noise Complaints

Noise complaints may result in additional charges if it becomes necessary to compensate another guest room during the hours of 10:00PM to 7:00AM.

Payment Forms

Personal checks are not accepted at our hotel. Credit Cards are the preferred form of payment. However, we also accept Debit Cards or Cash for payment. Please note upon check-in your Card will be authorized for your entire stay.

Pets

We understand your pet is a part of the family too, so we do welcome pets. There is a $25.00 charge per day to help with special deep cleaning after our furry friends depart.

Pool Towels

Pool towels are located by the First Aid Station in our Waterpark. Do not remove towels from the waterpark.

Room Damages/Missing Items

Additional charges may apply if room accessories are damaged or misplaced during your stay.
